March 2026 Feature Updates: Better Guidance, Smarter Reviews, and Deeper Insights
This month’s updates focus on improving labeling quality, reducing review effort, and giving teams clearer visibility into their work. These changes are designed to help you make faster decisions without losing accuracy.
ML-assisted Labeling: Focus Predictions Where It Matters
Reviewers can now apply model predictions selectively to specific lines instead of the entire row. This gives more control during review, especially in cases where only certain parts of the data need assistance. Instead of reprocessing everything, reviewers can focus on uncertain or high-impact sections, making the review process faster and more precise.

Effective Time Spent Per Row: Measure Real Effort
A new metric in the Custom Report Builder shows the average time spent per row or line. This helps teams better understand actual labeling effort across projects. With this insight, you can identify bottlenecks, estimate timelines more accurately, and improve resource planning.

Label Clarification: Clearer Instructions, Better Consistency
In Span projects, you can now add additional information to each label class to provide clearer guidance for annotators. This helps reduce ambiguity during labeling, leading to more consistent outputs across teams especially for complex or nuanced label sets where definitions may not always be obvious. Furthermore, this could be the metadata information that is needed to boost the overall performance of your model when assisting the labeling process.

Analytics Extension: Pre-Labeled Data Insights
The Analytics extension now includes pre-labeled data calculations, helping you understand how much of your dataset is already labeled and how effective those labels are. This provides better visibility into your pre-labeled data compared against each labeler, assessing both at the same time.

Domain Claim for SAML: Stronger Access Control
Domain Claim adds an extra layer of security by ensuring that access is only granted from verified domains. This helps prevent unauthorized access and strengthens control over who can log into your workspace, particularly for organizations with strict security requirements.

These updates are now available. Explore them in your workflow and see how they improve labeling quality, efficiency, and visibility.
